Welcome to 3rd grade! I am really excited for this year! I have been teaching at Whitewood Elementary for 3 years. My family is full of teachers so I grew up wanting to be one! I graduated from Black Hills State University in 2005 with my degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Reading through the University of Sioux Falls.

    I have three little sisters 2 of which live in Rapid City and one that goes to school at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. I have been married for almost a year to my husband Brian. Brian owns and operates an excavation and trucking business in Spearfish and he also rodeos. In my free time I enjoy reading, shopping, running, spending time with my friends and family, and being outdoors.
